Field Day...and I'M ALIVE!!!

I'm so embarassed that it's been this long since my last post. The more I think about it, it will likely be ages until I'm at a point where I can start scrapbooking again, so this is all I've got. That, and the fact that MY KIDS ARE FUNNY, y'all! And I've got to start journaling all of the great things they say and do!

So, let's start with the recent stuff. Kennedie had Field Day at her school last Friday. She did great! James was off work, so he got to come too!

This sweet girl ADORES her daddy!

Last year, the school had a rule where younger siblings could not attend Field Day. Boo! But they changed the rule this year and this boy was SO excited!

1st Grade Tug of War!

I have to explain this next picture. We left the school to go home and eat and let her class go to recess, then came back for the tug of war. When we arrived, she wasn't with her class so I asked her teacher where she was. Turns out, she was the ONLY ONE in her entire class that got to go to a special bounce house time for reading so many books this year! I'm so proud of her!!! So this is her coming to join her class after the bounce house, when she spotted us waiting on her!
