Colton's Christmas Program

Today was Colton's very first singing program at his Mother's Day Out! I really wasn't sure how he'd do. He comes home singing bits and pieces of the songs he's learning and I've been talking to him about how he's going to be standing on a stage so Mommy can watch him sing with his class. Here's a few pictures of how it went...
He walked in with his best bud, Cade. Then they had a little discussion about Cade's cool football on his sweater.
Then he spotted me. See the glare (I mean, love) in his eyes?
Then all of the singing became too much for his little ears to handle! Somebody, make it stop!!
Then he knew just what this program needed! A little (air) TROMBONE!!!
And now, he's had ENOUGH of this d-u-m-b shirt. If he knew how to undo the buttons, he would have been a shirtless 2 year old on that stage.
And then he proceeded to clap for the rest of the program.
C'mon Cade, let's bust this popsicle stand!
You did so great Colton James! I'm so very proud of you!
**And here's a little video clip, for your enjoyment!**
