We had a great Father's Day this year! James had drill weekend with the Marines...funny how they seem to plan it on the worst weekends...Mother's Day...yuck. He did make it in time to open his gifts and eat a little dinner.
Here's a shot of the sweet card Kennedie made for her Daddy! Her D looks a little like a P, but I think you can get the jist! (Happy Father Day To Daddy- for those of you needing a little help!)

This was my pitiful attempt at a picure of them dressed cute for church that morning. UGH! Kennedie has such sensitive eyes and moans and groans everytime we get into the sun. I can totally relate though because mine are the same way, but it makes picture taking a drag.

At least I got this one of my little stud muffin! ;)

Here's the 2 hams being super silly with Poppa!

I was ready to get a cute picture of the kids watching Daddy opening his gifts, but all 3 of them were more interested in watching America's Funniest Home Videos! Go Figure! It's a favorite in our house. It just surprised me that it got more attention than present opening!

Daddy loved his new kicks!

We missed seeing James' dad, but will be with him in less than 48 short hours IN PUERTO VALLARTA!!! (well, the adults at least!) Can't wait to see y'all there!
Happy Father's Day to all the Dads in our lives!

Okay, that's just not fair that you are going on a trip like that!! Hope you have a great time and enjoy your Birthday lounging in the sun :o)
Never seems to fail that they are on their shift when something special is a foot and of course you have the double whammy of drill weekend too! My strange hubby chose to work overtime on Sunday - go figure!! He would have known better to do that on Mother's Day!!
Tell Miss K that Nathan sneezes EVERY time he first walks out in the sun!
