My Little Man

(Funny story about this tv...check out the end of the blog to see...blogger won't let me move the pic...grrr!)

Oh my goodness! My little man is really starting to grow up right in front of my very eyes. His little personality is just blooming and he just amazes me.

James climbed on top of the monkey bars in the backyard last night and Colton got up on his lap. They were looking for our little bunny family and the sunset was just on the other side of them. This is one of my new favorite pictures.

James' parents sent the kids new cowboy boots and Colton wants to wear them every. waking. moment! It's just precious! Whether he's in just boxer briefs or plaid shorts or swim trunks...he's stylin'! I remember seeing little boys when I was younger, wearing their boots with shorts...I'm just so glad that I have my very own little man doing the same!
And I was looking through all of the Water Gardens pictures and there were just so many that I had to put them in a collage.

Some recent Colton funnies...

*He's become a backseat driver. He asks why I'm stopping at a red light, why I'm not going yet, or why I'm turning left instead of right.

*He LOVES Toy Story! And if you know about Toy Story, you know that Andy writes his name on the bottom of his favorite toy's feet. Colton wants to know why the bottom of his boots don't say ANDY. Isn't that just the sweetest??
*And finally, the Fisher Price tv. My mom has so many toys, including this one, in her playroom at her house. Colton was playing with it the other day and I told him he needed to take a break from it for a minute and run to the potty. He asked Granny, "Can you pause it?" Oh.my.word. We've created a monster!!!

I saw that TV and had an enormous nostalgia moment because I had the exact same TV when I was 2 years old and I LOVED it! I also had a little wind up radio with a little carry handle and I loved it so much that I actually wore out the spring and it stopped working - I was devastated!! Cute pics of the kids as always :o)
